What Is Covered Under Warranty
Our warranties cover manufacturing defects related to materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Covered issues may include faulty stitching, printing errors, incorrect sizing caused by production mistakes, or fabric defects that affect normal product use.
If our team confirms a valid manufacturing defect, Leepa Sports may repair the item, replace the product, or provide another suitable resolution depending on the situation. We always aim to resolve claims quickly and fairly to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
What Is Not Covered
Our warranties does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper washing methods, misuse, accidental damage, alterations, or poor storage conditions. Additionally, exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme environmental conditions falls outside warranty coverage.
Since many products are custom-made, minor variations in color shades, fabric texture, logo positioning, or design placement may occur naturally during production. Therefore, these slight differences are not considered manufacturing defects.
Custom & Personalized Products
Leepa Sports creates custom and personalized apparel according to customer-approved designs and specifications. Once customers approve the final artwork and production begins, claims related to personal design preferences, logo placement, selected colors, or chosen sizes cannot qualify for warranty coverage.
For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to review all design previews, measurements, and order details carefully before approving production.
Warranty Claim Process
Customers who believe they received a defective product should contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the order. To speed up the process, please provide the order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect.
After reviewing the claim, our support team will provide the next steps as quickly as possible. We strive to offer smooth communication and efficient claim handling for every customer.
Resolution & Replacement
Once we approve a warranty claim, Leepa Sports will determine the most appropriate solution based on the product condition and issue reported. Solutions may include product repair, replacement, or store credit when applicable.
Furthermore, replacement products will enter production and shipping as quickly as possible. However, replacement items do not extend or restart the original warranty period.
Shipping & Handling for Warranty Claims
In certain warranties cases, customers may need to return the defective product for inspection. Our support team will provide complete return instructions to ensure a smooth process.
Customers should package returned items carefully because Leepa Sports cannot accept responsibility for damages that occur during return shipping due to improper packaging.
Limitation of Liability
Leepa Sports limits liability under this warranties to the original purchase value of the product only. We do not accept responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use or inability to use the product, where permitted by law.
