Custom Orders

Most products at Leepa Sports are custom-made to match your specific requirements. For this reason, custom apparel, uniforms, and sportswear cannot be returned or refunded once production begins or the order has been delivered, except in cases involving manufacturing defects or company errors.

Therefore, we strongly recommend reviewing all design previews, sizing details, colors, logos, and order information carefully before final approval. This step helps prevent errors and ensures accurate production.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit under the following conditions:

• You received a product with a manufacturing defect
• The item was damaged during production
• You received the wrong size, design, or product compared to the approved order

Non-Eligible Refund & Return policy Cases

Our Refund & return policy is not effected in these following situations:

• Change of mind after order approval

• Orders produced exactly according to approved designs

Since every custom product is made specifically for the customer, returned custom items cannot be resold.

Non-Custom or Standard Products

Returns for non-custom or standard products may be accepted if the item remains unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Additionally, customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

Once the return request receives approval, the item must be returned before any refund or exchange is processed. However, shipping charges remain non-refundable unless the return results from our mistake.
