Leepa Sports warrants that all sportswear and apparel sold through our website will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. What Is Covered Under Warranty

This warranty covers defects that occur as a result of manufacturing or production issues. Examples include faulty stitching, printing defects, incorrect sizing due to production error, or fabric flaws that affect the normal use of the product. If a product is found to have a valid manufacturing defect, Leepa Sports will, at its discretion, repair the item, replace it, or offer a suitable solution.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, incorrect washing or care, accidents, alterations, or misuse. Issues caused by exposure to extreme conditions, chemicals, or improper storage are also excluded. Because many Leepa Sports products are custom-made, slight variations in color, design placement, or fabric texture are not considered defects.

Custom & Personalized Products

Custom and personalized products are made specifically according to the designs approved by the customer. Once a design is approved and production begins, Leepa Sports cannot accept warranty claims for design-related preferences, color choices, logo placement, or sizing selections made by the customer. We strongly recommend reviewing all design previews carefully before final approval.

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us process your claim quickly, provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos if requested. Our team will review the claim and respond with the next steps as soon as possible.

Resolution & Replacement

Once a warranty claim is approved, Leepa Sports will determine the most appropriate resolution. This may include repairing the item, sending a replacement, or providing store credit when applicable. Replacement products will be produced and shipped as quickly as possible. Warranty replacements do not reset or extend the original warranty period.

Shipping & Handling for Warranty Claims

In some cases, customers may be required to return the defective product for inspection. Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team. Leepa Sports is not responsible for damages caused during return shipping if items are not packaged properly.

Limitation of Liability

Leepa Sports’ liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, to the extent permitted by law.
