Custom Orders
Most Leepa Sports products are custom-made specifically for you. Because of this, custom items cannot be returned or refunded once production has started or the order has been delivered, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their design previews, sizing, colors, and order details before giving final approval.
When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit if:
You received a product with a manufacturing defect
The item was damaged during production
You received the wrong item, size, or design compared to your approved order
If any of the above apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review and resolve the issue quickly.
When Refunds or Returns Are Not Accepted
Refunds or returns are not accepted for:
Change of mind after order approval
Incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer
Minor color variations due to screen differences
Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or washing
Orders approved and produced exactly as designed
Because each custom product is made specifically for you, we cannot resell returned custom items.
Non-Custom (Standard) Products
For non-custom or standard products, returns may be accepted if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, the item must be returned before a refund or exchange is processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacements
If a replacement is approved, we will remake and ship the item as quickly as possible. Replacement orders do not restart or extend warranty or return timeframes.
Shipping for Returns
If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
