Most Leepa Sports products are custom-designed according to your specifications. Production begins only after your design is approved and full payment is received. This ensures accuracy and quality, but it also means that orders require time to manufacture before shipping.
Production time varies depending on the product type, level of customization, and order quantity. Estimated production timelines are provided during the ordering process. Please note that production time is separate from shipping time and must be completed before an order is dispatched.

Leepa Sports has no control over customs delays or fees and cannot predict their amount. Delays caused by customs inspections or clearance processes are outside our control and are not considered shipping delays caused by Leepa Sports.

Shipping Delays
